Instructions for Obtaining Account Balances To obtain account balances, begin by selecting your County in the search box on the right side of this screen. On the next page, you will need to enter the tax parcel number of the property you are searching and a Portnoff file number associated with that tax parcel in the search page displayed. Enter the tax parcel number exactly as it appears on any correspondence received from Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd. Include all spaces and dashes as they appear on the correspondence. The file number will look like this example: 00-00000-0. There may be multiple file numbers for a single tax parcel listed on a letter. Any file number associated with the tax parcel may be used. Enter the code shown in the image above the search button. Press Search. If you wish to obtain account balances on additional properties that you own, you will need to repeat the above steps using the tax parcel number or file number for each additional property.
